Seat reservations

Reservas de plaza

If you request a seat we store your name, email, number of seats, language, optional message, and the campaign source if you arrived from a link (for example an email from La Nacional). We use this to confirm the seat, manage the 100-person room, and send the confirmation or reminder. We do not sell this list.

Si pides una plaza guardamos nombre, email, número de plazas, idioma, el mensaje opcional y el origen de campaña si llegaste por un enlace (por ejemplo un correo de La Nacional). Sirve para confirmar la plaza, gestionar la sala de 100 personas y enviar la confirmación o el recordatorio. No vendemos esta lista.

Event newsletter

Boletín del evento

If you subscribe we store your name, email and language, only after you confirm the address from a link we send you. This list is separate from reserved seats. We use it to send purely informational, non-contractual messages about the New York premiere — including event reminders with a link to reserve if you still need a seat. If that email already has a reserved seat, we do not add it to the newsletter: we already write to you as a guest. You can leave at any time from the link in those emails or at rsvp-sub-baja.php. We do not sell this list.

Si te suscribes guardamos nombre, email e idioma, solo después de que confirmes la dirección desde un enlace que te enviamos. Esta lista es distinta de las plazas reservadas. Sirve para mandar información no contractual y meramente informativa sobre la premiere de Nueva York — incluidos recordatorios del evento con un enlace para reservar si aún no tienes plaza. Si ese email ya tiene plaza reservada, no lo añadimos al boletín: ya te escribimos como invitado. Puedes darte de baja en cualquier momento desde el enlace de esos correos o en rsvp-sub-baja.php. First-party visits

The site keeps its own copy of traffic, separate from Google Analytics. For each session we may store city, region, country, approximate time, device type, browser, landing page, and campaign tags. The IP address is stored only as a hash, not in the clear. We do this to see whether New York, Spain or another city is filling the room — not to identify a person. Anonymous visitors are not named.

La web guarda su propia copia del tráfico, aparte de Google Analytics. En cada sesión podemos registrar ciudad, región, país, hora aproximada, tipo de dispositivo, navegador, página de aterrizaje y etiquetas de campaña. La IP se guarda solo como huella (hash), no en claro. Sirve para ver si Nueva York, España u otra ciudad está llenando la sala, no para identificar a una persona. Los visitantes anónimos no se nombran.

If the visit looks like Spain, buy buttons open Amazon.es. Otherwise they open Amazon.com. That choice uses the same country signal as the visit log. Language of the page chooses The Benefit or La Pensión.

Si la visita parece de España, los botones de compra abren Amazon.es. Si no, Amazon.com. Esa elección usa la misma señal de país que el registro de visitas. El idioma de la página elige The Benefit o La Pensión.

How long we keep it

Cuánto tiempo lo guardamos

Reservations stay until the premiere is over and any follow-up is done, then we delete or archive them. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe or the campaign is closed. Visit logs are kept for the campaign and then removed. You can ask us to erase your RSVP or your subscription by writing to the address above from the same email you used, or use the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

Las reservas se quedan hasta que termine la premiere y el seguimiento, y después se borran o archivan. Los emails del boletín se quedan hasta que te des de baja o se cierre la campaña. Los registros de visita se conservan durante la campaña y luego se eliminan. Puedes pedir que borremos tu RSVP o tu suscripción escribiendo a la dirección de arriba desde el mismo email que usaste, o usar el enlace de baja del boletín.

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of the reservation or newsletter entry that carries your name. There is no public list of who browsed the site. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also contact your data-protection authority. Copyright and intellectual-property terms are in the Legal Notice.

Puedes pedir acceso, corrección o borrado de la reserva o de la suscripción que lleva tu nombre. No hay una lista pública de quién ha navegado la web.
